Lizette Hartman is originally from Los Angeles, California. She moved to Houston in her teen years and has lived here since (and has no plans on leaving this growing city). After about 2 years of doing freelance makeup she was very intrigued by hair, skin, nails, basic all around beauty, which lead her to enroll in a cosmetology school. She graduated from Paul Mitchell the School Houston where she learned all aspects of the beauty industry such as cutting, color, makeup, styling, manicures, facials, etc. With a lot of hard work and determination she became a licensed cosmetologist in the state of Texas. Her knowledge has broadened by attending amazing makeup and hair workshops in Houston as well as out of state. As an artist she is always compelled to keep up with all new trends and products. Working along side a great well known bridal makeup artist in the Houston area, Thalio Beckham who is not only her brother but a great mentor has taught her how to express herself and be creative through the beauty of makeup.

Lizette’s philosophy as an artist is to always make sure you, the client is always comfortable, at ease and at the same time making you feel you are the most important person in the room. Continued success for Lizette comes from listening to each of her client’s individual needs and thoughtfully designing a custom makeup look that reflects and enhances the faces own unique natural beauty. Her goal is to create the makeup look you envision by using a palette of colors that compliments your unique skin tone, complexion, facial structure and always-using quality products.
